OES Asset Integrity Management are pleased to announce the appointment of Carlos Guerra as our Marine Technical Sales Manager in Houston.
He has over two decades of experience in the shipyard industry encompassing Project Management, Quality Control and Business Development while displaying effective team leadership. In the realm of shipyard operations, he has managed new construction projects, repair and maintenance scopes, oversight of the dry-docking process, hull inspections, and rig/vessel modifications and upgrades.
In his new role, Carlos will support our customers in strategic project management and execution.
