OESEC1 played against DESC 1 last night. There were lots of hardships around the game, it has to be said though that DESC really came out of themselves and played to win. The match started very much with DESC out in front, OESEC1 though clawed their way back in to the game bit by bit. Ultimately DESC won 29-24 at the final hooter, well done OESEC1 though for showing true grit and professionalism under duress.
OESEC2 played Jumierah College (JC). It was a great match to watch and
was close throughout although finally JC did get the better of OESEC2 to win 23-18 at the final hooter. The OES girls said of the match “we should have had that, just got away from us in the end”. Solid defence was apparent throughout and the score line was kept narrow.
