OES Oilfield Services Group is a leading international provider of third party inspection, audit, appraisal, certification and project services to the Oil and Gas industry.

An opportunity exists for the position of Regional Manager – Europe and Africa. The position is based in our Aberdeen office with responsibility for:

  • HSE and quality for all aspects of service delivery, ensuring that all safety policies are followed both onsite and in the office
  • Drive regional and company teams to achieve targets in all revenue streams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and be able to visit client offices and sites as necessary, both nationally and internationally.
  • The management of all OES activities in the region with direct reports including operations, sales and marketing and training functions.
  •  The regional P&L with previous experience of financial management an advantage.
  • Develop and maintain client relations and relationship management in general
  • Ensure regional co-ordination with global operation teams.
  • Manage and supervise team members, including performance management, in co-ordination with the Personnel Department function in Aberdeen.
  • Write and send out weekly sales activity reports.

Preference will be given to candidates with a strong understanding and knowledge of the rig inspection market and who can demonstrate a wide contact base within the main drilling contractors in the region.
